For every assignment we make a list with you of the skills needed to carry out the assignment well. With the candidate we make the same table, so you can see whether the experience fits.
Who takes care of contracts, hours and payment?
WorkForce-NL always remains your point of contact. Our back-office partner JEX takes care of the administration and the payout, so you can focus on your project.
Which certificates do the professionals hold?
That depends on the role. For each assignment we agree with you which certificates and skills are required, in the skills table.
How quickly can someone start?
The onboarding of a freelancer can be completed within two days, provided we have all the correct information.
