How quickly can I start?

If you have all the right information to hand, your onboarding is finished within two days. If something is missing, it can take longer. We tell you straight away what we need.

You choose: within 7, 14 or 30 days after your hours are processed. This is pre-financing of your payout. Within 7 days costs € 1.00 per hour worked, within 14 days € 0.50 per hour worked, and within 30 days is free.

Do I have to send an invoice myself?

No, you do not have to send an invoice yourself. We work with reverse billing: JEX prepares the invoice for you, based on your approved hours.

How does the timesheet work?

You fill in one timesheet per week, per assignment. You and the client sign it together. Hand it in by Monday 15:00 for the hours of the previous week.

Who handles the contract and payment?

For your assignment you enter into an agreement with our back-office partner JEX. WorkForce-NL takes care of processing your hours worked. JEX handles the payout. WorkForce-NL always remains your point of contact: we only use JEX for the administration, so that we can focus on our work for you.

Which certificates do you ask for in ATEX work?

VCA-Vol, NEN 3140 VP and CompEx 1 to 4 or IECEx Ex 001/004/007/008.

What is a skills table?

Once we have found a suitable freelancer, we make a skills table together with that freelancer. For every assignment we also make one together with the client. That way your skills count for more than your CV.
